Ms. Lynette Weilson brings with her a notable career spanning over 27 years in the field of education. With extensive experience in both ICSE and CBSE curricula, she has been influential in nurturing academic excellence and holistic development in students.
Her journey began in prominent educational institutions such as St. Francis De’ Sales School and The Bishops Co-Ed School in Pune, between 1998 to 2006 where she laid the foundation for her career as a dedicated and impactful educator. In 2007, she embarked on a new chapter with GEMS Education, marking the beginning of a long-standing and fruitful association.
She has worked as a Teacher of English at The Millennium School, Dubai for 12 years. Her unwavering commitment to student growth and engaging teaching practices earned her the ‘Best Teacher Award’ in 2013.
In 2018, she joined GEMS Millennium School, Sharjah (GMS) as an Educational Supervisor for the Middle School. In her leadership role, she has consistently demonstrated the ability to inspire staff, mentor students, and enhance performance through strategic planning and collaborative practices.
Ms. Lynette Weilson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, and English from Pune University, as well as a Bachelor of Education in English and Social Studies. She has also completed a Diploma in Child Education and Development from the Institute of Child Education and Development, Pune. 
Committed to continuous growth, she completed the CBSE course in Experiential Learning (2021–22), which further strengthened her hands-on, student-centered approach to teaching.
Most recently, she earned a certificate in “Cultures of Thinking” from the Harvard Graduate School of Education (2024–25)—a testament to her belief in lifelong learning.
Further strengthening her credentials, Ms. Weilson successfully cleared the UAE Ministry of Education’s Senior Leaders Examination and holds a Certified Educational Leadership License, qualifying her to take on higher senior leadership responsibilities.
A firm believer in continuous professional development, she actively engages in training programs, leadership workshops, and curriculum development ensuring she stays updated with new and evolving educational practices
