Lynette Weilson

Lynette has a rich working experience of 23 years in the field of Education. Her association began with GEMS in the year 2007. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Pune, India. She also holds Bachelor’s Degree in Education from, The Indira Gandhi University, Delhi. She has done her teacher’s training from the Institute of Child Education and Development, Pune. She has worked as a Trained Graduate Teacher of English since 24, May 2007 until 30, October 2018 in The Millennium School, Dubai. She was awarded ‘The Best Teacher Award' in the year 2013. She joined GMS in 2018 as an Educational Supervisor for Grades 5 and 6.

Lynette strongly believes that each child is unique and has a potential to share something different and special with the world. She assists them in discovering who they are, so they can express their own opinions and nurture their own potential. She inspires them to bring out the best in themselves by giving them opportunities to shine. She teaches them to be critical thinkers and problem solvers. She trains students to be  curious, go getters and helps them transform their minds to be seekers of excellence which stimulates them to be confident and intellectually equipped to face challenges  and succeed in their journey of life.
